Signal Processing Specialist (m/f/d) for Radar Systems

Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and test waveforms for our radar applications on embedded hardware.
- Perform signal processing from raw radar signals to classification and tracking.
- Develop and provide radar solutions from scratch (concept in python) to embedded microcontrollers (C/C++).
- Implement new product features and improve existing ones.
- Collaborate closely with team members to develop outstanding radar solutions.
- Document the principles used in the signal processing and waveform design.
- Participate in test campaigns by collecting analyzing and evaluating results.
- Stay on top of technical trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Your Profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HF-field is a plus, thereof in radar (e.g. signal processing) highly desirable.
- Proficient in C/C++ and Python, on Git or other control version systems.
- Experienced with real-time data processing and algorithm development.
- Knowledge of machine learning applications in signal processing is a plus.
- Strong in analytical thinking and problem-solving, working with a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valuing teamwork and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.
- Very good mastering of English, German proficiency is advantageous.
- Good communication skills for documenting and presenting technical findings.
