• Managing the flow of incoming invoices and verifying services/materials delivered with responsible team members, pre-accounting the incoming invoices, clarifying of open positions.
• Keeping an eye on our cash flow and contributing to the smooth processing and control of payment transactions.
• Contributing to the integration of the incoming invoices process into our ERP-system, automation of process steps from receiving of invoices to payment.
• Participation in further process optimization of the information flow to and from our external accounting.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis and special projects on demand.
• Consulting the HR employer branding and talent acquisition.
• Supporting the office and document management.

• Matriculated student in the field of business administration, finance, controlling, economics, or a similar course of study.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in accounting.
• Strong communication skills, openness, and taking pleasure in supporting an international and diverse team.
• You are characterized by a reliable way of working, a high level of initiative and analytical thinking with economic understanding.
• You can work in a structured and self-organized manner and have a high degree of willingness to take responsibility and commitment with a hands-on mentality.
• Proficient in using MS Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office software.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
